Customer Support Issues

I unlocked Magic Guide before but now it says it needs to be unlocked again.
Select Unlock App and then Restore Purchase. This will restore any previous Unlock purchases you've made. This issue can sometimes occur if you change to a new device.

My device or app isn't working properly.
1) Try to restart your device. For more information on how to do this, please follow Apple's iPhone Support.
2) Delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store. In rare cases, some local files on the phone could become corrupt and a reinstall will rewrite all files.
