Do you plan to create apps for other mobile platforms like WebOS or Blackberry?
 
Not at this time. We will continue to monitor the mobile marketplace and may develop for other platforms in the future.

Are updates free?
 
Yes. We utilize Apple's iOS app update system where updates are free. When a new app version becomes available, the App Store on your device will notify you of it.

My device or app has stopped working. What can I do?
 
Most likely, you just need to restart your device. For more information on how to do this, please follow Apple's iPhone Support Assistant. In some cases, you may need to do a full restore on your device. If a particular app has stopped working, you may need to remove it and sync with iTunes to reinstall. I purchased an app on my iPhone. Do I have to purchase it again for my iPad?
 
All of our apps that support both iPhone and iPad are universal apps. That means one purchase works for both devices. Make sure that both devices are synced with iTunes on your computer in order to load a universal app onto another device.
